Rental Rates for 2023
Additional hours $150 per hour. Holiday rentals require an additional $100 fee added to the regular cost of the rental.
*$100 of your deposit is non-refundable, as this goes towards cleaning of the venue after the rental. $400 is refunded within 3-weeks after your event, as long as no damage occurred. Hourly rates are not available for weekend rentals.
BOOKING YOUR EVENT
Reserving our venue for your next event is easy. Simply fill out our booking request form or give us a call at (614) 471-4916
to get started. To finalize the date(s) of your event, the deposit is due at the time of the booking. Full payment for the rental fee must be received on or before 90-days prior to your event date. If the event date that you are interested in falls within the 90-day time period, you will be required to provide the deposit and full rental fee to secure your date.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, your deposit will be forfeit. If you provide written notice before 90-days prior to your event date, your rental fee can be refunded . Our bookings are non-transferable.
